This year’s DeKalb Bar luncheons kick off with a true DeKalb icon, Michael Mears. Mr. Mears was Mayor of Decatur, former Director of the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council and lead counsel in over sixty death penalty trial and appeals. He is now a Professor at John Marshal Law School and will give us guidance on our conflicting ethical duties within an adversarial system. 1 hour of CLE offered.
