Transition Into Law Practice Program: September 6 2007 The DeKalb Bar Association participated in the State Bar of Georgia’s Transition Into Law Practice Program (TILPP) on Sept. 6, urging newly minted lawyers to get involved with local bar associations. DBA Secretary Denise Warner, who is the DBA’s representative on the Multi-Bar Leadership Council, reviewed for the new lawyers the variety of bar associations available to attorneys in the metro Atlanta area. Then DBA President Katie Wood and DeKalb YLD President-elect Jessica Harris provided more details on the DeKalb Bar Association.
