Occasionally, political candidates and commercial vendors ask to purchase our mailing lists. Sales of the list help keep bar dues down, so we appreciate your allowing us to do this. If you do NOT want to have your name included on lists sold in this manner, please check here.

New Courthouse ID Badge:
Check here if you want a new DeKalb Bar Association identification badge issued in your name. The cost of the badge is a one time fee of $10.00. This laminated official badge will enable you to enter the employee entrance on the rear of the DeKalb County Courthouse, next to the parking lot. It may also enable you to get discounts of any sponsors or vendors who support the DBA. Please email a digitized photo of yourself (a headshot) to execdir@dekalbbar.org so that your badge can be generated. The last half of this form will also need to be filled out and mailed. If you do not have a digitized photograph of yourself, please contact the executive director to make alternative arrangements. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. If you are renewing your membership, you will receive a new expiration date sticker to place on your badge.
